managed by its truste8s. The truste8s are responsible for the overall ¢ontrol and strategic
direction of the charity, ensuring that it is run in accordanc6 With its charitabl8 purposes, the
requirements of charity law, and good govemance practlce.

Our mlssion and charitable purpose
A. l.R exists to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive environment thal improves the
physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of individuals within our community. Our s8rvic8S
are open to people of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on individuals
experiencing social disadvantage, poor mental health, isolation, or challenges linked to
addiction recovery.

A. l.R uses sport and structured activity as a practical route into wellbeing support,
particularly for people who may not engage with traditional services. Our model focuses on..
