## **Our Mission** 

Sling and Stone exists to help build a firm foundation of faith through creative, interactive, and engaging experiences to children. We believe that children learn best when they can explore, imagine, and participate actively. Our workshops are often drama based as we find creativity is a key component to learning. Our mission is to bring the message of the Gospel to life in a way that is both meaningful and memorable. 

## **Our Vision** 

To see a generation of young people who know and love God’s Word—who are confident in their faith, rooted in biblical truth, and equipped to live out the Gospel in their daily lives. 

## **Highlights from 2025** 

## **1. Pilgrim School Workshop – “The Gift of Salvation” 03.04.25** 

This year, we had the joy of partnering with Pilgrim School to deliver a dynamic workshop on Salvation. 

Through interactive drama, storytelling, and discussion, the children explored what salvation actually means and how it applies to their life. 

The session encouraged reflection, creativity, and participation, helping students engage deeply with the message of sin and death and the reconciliation of Christ. 

## **2. Easter Holiday Club – 07.04.25-10.04.25** 

During the Easter holidays, Sling and Stone hosted a four-day Easter Club where children experienced the Easter story in an engaging and memorable way. 

Each day focused on a different part of the Easter narrative, combining drama, games, crafts, 

worship, and storytelling. 

The club provided a space for children to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, learn biblical truths, and build friendships. 

## **3. Bible Adventure Walk** 



One of the most exciting new additions to our programme this year was the Bible Adventure Walk. 

This event combined nature exploration with scripture learning, inviting children to discover God’s creation while connecting it to biblical truths. 

As they walked through the countryside park of Shorne Wood- Kent, they paused at different points to read, create and build with natural tools from their surroundings.  These walks has a positive impact on each child in a unique and special way. Even allowing some shy and distant participants to become more vocal and engaged. 

## **Looking Ahead** 

As we move into the next year, Sling and Stone remains committed to reaching more children through creative and faith-filled experiences. 

We plan to expand our school workshops, develop more Bible adventure activities, and create new drama-based learning resources such as plays to help children and educators explore the Christian faith together.
