## Activities

**Objects:** TO SAVE LIVES AND IMPROVE THE SAFETY OF THE FALMOUTH BAY AREA THROUGH PREVENTION, RESCUE, TRAINING AND TEACHING OF SURF LIFESAVING SKILLS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: - PROMOTING WATER SAFETY AWARENESS AND PRACTICE; - DEVELOPING SURF LIFESAVING METHODS; AND - PROVIDING COACHING AND COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITIES IN THE SPORT OF SURF LIFESAVING.

**Activities:** We promote, provide and organise surf life saving training and qualifications in water safety, rescue, lifesaving, resuscitation and first aid. We offer over 15 hours a week of coached sessions in fitness, lifesaving methods, and lifesaving sport techniques. Members compete in lifesaving sport at local, national and international level. The club is open to children, young people and adults.
