Praying Mother Of Nations is governed by its Trustees, who are responsible for the
overall management. governance, and strategic direction of the charity. The Trustees
meet as required to review activities, make decisions, and ensure that the charity
operates in accordance with its governing document and complies with UK charity law.
Objectives and Public Benefit
The purposes of Praying Mother Of Nations are to advance the Christian faith and to
promote the welfare and wellbeing of women and young people within the community.
In setting objectives and planning activities, the Trustees have had due regard to the
Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. The activities undertaken during the
year were designed to provide spiritual support, personal development, and leadership
opportunities. These activities contributed positively to individual wellbeing and
community cohesion and were considered bythe Trustees to deliver clear public
benefit.

Activities and Achievements
Women's Prayer Conference
During the year. the charity held one women's prayer conference. The conference
focused on prayer, worship, encouragement, and fellowship and was open to women
within the community. Its aim was to support spiritual growth and emotionalwellbeing.
The Trustees considerthat this activity furthered the charity's aims and provided
tangible public benefit.
Leadership Tralning
Leadership training sessions were delivered to women and young people. These
sessions were designed to equip participants with Christian leadership principles, build
confidence, and develop practical skills for service within the community. The Trustees
believe these activities helped to empower participants and strengthen future
leadership capacity.
Retreat- October2024
In October 2024, the charity organised a retreat for members. providing opportunities
for rest, reflection, meditation, prayer, and worship. The retreat supported spiritual
renewal and mental wellbeing.
Participants initially contributed £30 each towards transport costs. Subsequently,
some members volunteered the use of their personal vehicles. As a result, the Trustees
agreed that all transport contributions should be refunded in full. This decision was
made in line with the charity's commitment to transparency, fairness, and proper
stewardship of funds.
Financial Review
Praying Mother Of Nations operated on a small-scale basis during the period under
review. Income and expenditure were modest and were carefully monitored by the
Trustees to ensure sound financial management and stewardship.
Total income for the period amounted to £1.951.00. Total expenditure was £1.925.05,
resulting in a surplus of £25.95, which will be carried forward to support the charity's
f uture activities.
Expenditure is analysed as follows:

£1,117.14 was spent directly on charitable activities, includingthe deliveryof
prayer conferences, leadership training, and the retreat. These costs supported
the charity's obj.ectives of advancing the Christian faith and promoting the
welfare and wellbeing ofwomen and young people.
£597.91 was incurred on essential operational and administrative costs,
including digital services, promotional flyers, and website-related expenses.
These costs supported the effective delivery, administration, and
communication of the charity's activities.
£210.00 related to retreat transport contributions initlally paid by partlClP8nts.
Followingthe Trustees. decision to use volunteers, personal vehicles, this
amount was fully refunded. No surplus was generated from these transport
contributions.
All funds received during the period were applied solely towards the charity's charitable
purposes.
The Trustees confirm that proper accounting records have been maintained and that
the charity's funds have been used only to further its charitable objectives.
Risk Management
The Trustees have considered the main risks facingthe charity, including financial
sustainability and volunteer capacity. Appropriate steps are taken to manage these
risks, including careful financial oversight and encouraging widervolunteer
participation.
Plans for Future Perlods
Following a review of the year's activities, the Trustees and other leaders agreed to
build upon what has already been established. Future plans include:
Continuing prayer conferences and leadership training
Expanding activities that support the welfare and wellbeing of women and young
people
Encouraging more volunteers to join and supportthe charity's work
The Trustees believe that increased volunteer engagement will strengthen the charitys
capacity and long-term sustainability.

Statement of Trustees, Responsibilitles
The Trustees are responsible for preparingthe Trustees, Annual Report and ensuring
that it complies with applicable UK charity law and reporting requirements. They are
also responsible for safeguarding the charitys assets and ensuring that these are used
solely for charitable purposes.
