For the year ending 31/03/25 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The members hace not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilty for complying with the requirements of The Comapnies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These acounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1 Accounting policies
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective June 2002).
Incoming Resources
Incoming resources represents the donations received from a number of volunteers.
Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.
Equipments 20% straight line Tools 10% straight line
Stocks
Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.
Deferred taxation
Provision is made for taxation deferred in respect of all material timing differences only to the extent that, in the opinion of the directors, there is a reasonable probability that a liability or asset will crystallise in the foreseeable future.
2 Incoming Resources
The turnover and pre tax profit all arose from the company’s principal activities carried on within the United Kingdom.
