## **Trustees’ Annual Report (CC16)** 

This accounting period represents the foundation year of the charity. The Rose Ayling Ellis Foundation was established to work in partnership with the Deaf community to create meaningful, inclusive and lasting positive change. During this period, the trustees focused on governance, stakeholder engagement, brand and website development, and planning for the charity’s public launch. No income was received and no expenditure was incurred during the year. 

## **Chair’s Statement** 

This foundation year marks the beginning of The Rose Ayling Ellis Foundation’s journey. While there has been no financial activity to report, significant work has taken place to ensure the charity is built on strong and inclusive foundations. We are excited to work with our patron and the Deaf community to make a real and lasting difference.
