Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: 1. To Relieve Sickness And To Preserve The Physical And Mental Health Of The People In Ukraine And To Preserve And Protect The Mental Health Of Refugees And Their Dependents Living In The UK, By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities, Support And Services; And2. To Advance The Education And Training Of The People In Ukraine And Refugees And Their Dependents In Need Thereof So As To Advance Them In Life And Assist In Their Rehabilitation.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
