## **ACCOUNTANTS REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF NALI FOUNDATION**

We have prepared, without carrying out an audit, the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2025 set out on pages 4 to 5.

## **Respective responsibilities of members and reporting accountants**

As described on page 1, the trustee's are responsible for the record keeping and the preparation of the accounts, and they believe that the charity is exempt from an audit under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993(the Act), as amended by s.28 of the Charities Act 2006). It is our responsibility as accountants to examine the records and accounts and based on the examination to report our unaudited opinion, as set below, to the members.

## **Basis of opinion**

We conducted our examination in accordance with the appropriate standards for reporting accountants. This examination consisted of comparing accounts with the accounting records kept by the charity and making such limited enquiries of the officers of the Organisation as we considered necessary for the purpose of this report.

The examination was not an audit conducted in accordance with Auditing Standards. Accordingly we do not express an audit opinion on the accounts. Therefore our examination does not provide any assurance that the accounting records and the accounts are free from serious or material misstatement.

## **Opinion**

In our opinion:

(a)

The accounts are in agreement with the accounting records kept by the association under section 43 of the Act as amended. (b) Having regard only to, and on the basis of, the information contained in those accounting records, the accounts have been drawn up in a manner consistent with the accounting requirements specified in section 43(7)(b) of the Act;

- (c) Having regard only to, and on the basis of, information contained in the accounting records kept by the members under section 43(2), the charity satisfied conditions for exemption from an audit of the accounts for the year.
