## Structure and Management
The Trustees are responsible for ensuring the charity operates within the law, manages its finances prudently, and delivers public benefit. The Trustees are unpaid volunteers with the individual specialist skills also required for the planned fundraising and distribution of funds. The Trustees are currently supported by three further unpaid volunteers who assist with dayto-day operations.
## Activities and Objectives in The Year
1. To build a website which raises awareness, tells our story, outlines what the charity does and will act as an online auction platform to sell new gifted watches.
2. Approach specialist charities who’s objectives and work meets our aims and discover examples of how funding would be used.
3. Identify special watches to be gifted and auctioned.
4. Open a bank account.
## Achievements and Performance
1. The website is expected to be launched by spring 2026.
2. We approached five charities and discovered how funding would be used as examples of the benefits of our funding.
3. We have identified six watches so far with a total value of £40,000 and we aim to secure thirty watches for our first auction.
4. We plan to hold our first auction in June 2026.
5. We have a bank account.
