**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING WITH A TERMINAL DIAGNOSIS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO FACILITATE, BY MEANS OF A FINANCIAL PAYMENT TO CREATE MEMORIES, SPEND PRECIOUS TIME WITH LOVED ONES, ALLEVIATE FURTHER FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES FACED ON TOP OF A DEVASTATING DIAGNOSIS, OR DO SOMETHING SPECIAL WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]
