**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF BRASS BAND MUSIC THROUGH:A. THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCES;B. PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN, PRACTICE AND REHEARSE TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION;C SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We run a Brass Band which plays at events including concerts and public performances, with the aim of providing cultural, educational and musical entertainment for members of the public. We encourage and develop the musical talents of young people and adults in the Malton area and provide tuition, loan of instruments and uniform. Membership is open to all and free from discrimination of any kind.
