The charity objects are the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation
for the benefit of the public in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area by the provision
ol facllities to participat8 in the practices of Aikido, laldo, and Zazen.

The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirements of Section 17 ofthe
Charitl8s Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public
beneflt.

We are a non-profit. Inclusive martial arts dojo serving the public in Milton Keyne8 and
the surrounding 8r88. We promote community P8rticipation in healthy recreation by
providlng facilities and regular classes in Aikldo. laido, and Z8zen that are open to
people of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds, Participants pay membership fees
to support the running ofthe dojo, and fees are kept at an afford8ble level, with
concessions available to ensure that cost d08s not prevent participation.
Peop18 benefit from t8king p8rt through improved physical fitness, balance,
coordination, and mental wellbeing. as well as increased confidence, focus. and self-
discipline. Training takes place in a supportive, 8nd non-competitive environment that
encourages mutual respect and social connection. By offering regular sessions and
introductory opportunlties, we give Individuals in the local community the ch8nce to
take part In healthy recreational activities that support both personal wellbelng and
community cohesion.

traditional Japanese arts of aikido. iaido, and zazen.
