## **Financial Review**

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The total income received during 2024<br>financial position at the end  was £24744.  Of this £5300 was in large<br>of the period  “corporate” donations for general use<br>and £10000 as a single grant from the<br>Lottery Community Fund to be used<br>specifically for Fairshare contributions<br>over a two year period.<br>The total spending was £18178, mainly<br>for food purchases.  £8080 was for<br>membership of the Fairshare scheme,<br>which enabled a major source of food<br>donations.<br>The net surplus is greater than last year<br>and is being held to increase the<br>Coachhouse reserves.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  During 2025 the trustees restated their<br>policy for holding reserves  policy on holding reserves and decided<br>stating why they are held  to attempt to maintain a reserve to allow<br>continued operation for about three<br>months.<br>Amount of reserves held  Para 1.22  The reserve held in the Coachhouse<br>bank account at the end of 2025 was<br>£2625.<br>This amount would support about three<br>months operation once the “Fairshare”<br>contribution has been paid for the year.<br>Details of fund materially in  Para 1.24  There are no coachhouse funds in<br>deficit  deficit.<br>Explanation of any  Para 1.23  There is no expectation of the<br>uncertainties about the  coachhouse not continuing.<br>charity continuing as a going<br>concern<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>
