TEACHING OF THE BIBLE, CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE, PSYCHOEDUCATION AND RELATED SUBJECTS.
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
Sound Global Collective (SGC) will provide the following: - Beneficiaries will receive training and education to enable them to understand the impact of trauma (both primary and secondary), and further training when appropriate to enable them to facilitate an organisational culture of recovery for both the leadership and their staff. - Beneficiaries will be offered prayer, listening and ongoing prayer support. - Beneficiaries will be offered a community network of people who have similar and shared experience as people of faith leading in a variety of contexts, from Christian ministry through to charity leaders. - Sound Global Collective will facilitate conferences and retreats which leaders, organisations and charities will be able to pay for their leaders to attend. Where leaders, organisations and charities are not able to cover the costs, SGC will fund the retreats for those who have been recognised as in need. - Where poverty has been identified in beneficiaries, Sound Global Collective would work to provide relief to the leaders of independent churches and charities by providing one off grants to cover the costs of essential building repair works, utility replacements, transport costings or select holidays where children have been impacted by the work of their parents. In the case of supporting holiday costs, Sound Global Collective will administer and record specific requirements that the retreats/holidays must meet, and parents/guardians must feedback on the success of the holiday on their family to evidence the impact of the support.
