Structure and Management
One trustee passed away (Christine Williams). The trustees decided not to seek a replacement at this time and there were no other changes to structure or management.
Objectives
To advance the education of the public in the subject of the physical sciences in particular, but not exclusively, by facilitating educational science shows for children in schools and community settings. These science shows will take place in the UK.
Achievements and Performance (Year 1 Activities)
Activities paused on 24 September 2024 for the autumn, due to the passing of Christine Williams (a founding trustee) apart from events already booked.

Charity Accounts
No income was received and no payments were made.
Approximately half of the liquid nitrogen was donated by the University of the West of England, and the rest of the expenses relating to shows were paid out of pocket by D Williams.
The charity borrows the equipment used for shows from D Williams who owns it.
Schools and other organisations are not asked to pay for the charity’s activities, and the activities are therefore eligible to be covered by STEM Ambassadors UK insurance.
In the AGM, trustees agreed to open a bank account with a view to raising funds in the future.
AGM
An AGM was held on 6 September, 2025 with David Williams, Andree Williams, Declan Garrett and Christy Yeung present.
A resolution of thanks to Christine Williams was passed unanimously for her help in setting up the Charity and helping to purchase equipment used by it.
The Charity’s activities were discussed and deemed suitable.
