**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR OR TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN UGANDA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS TO SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS.

**Activities:** We started this charity to help education in Uganda. One of the trustees is a wildlife photographer who spent some time in Uganda and saw the possibilities of being able to help. This was the basis on which the decision to help was made. Anything from scholarships to uniforms, sporting equipment to art supplies. We want to help schools in any form they require, not just in monetary donations.
