1. Introduction :
We trustees present the annual report and financial statements for the year ending 30 June 2025. Report explains the charity’s purpose, the work carried out during the year, and also how the funds were used to support charity’s aims.
2. Structure, Governance and Management:
It is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and is governed by a constitution adopted on 10 September 2024. The trustees are responsible for supervising and managing the charity’s activities , ensuring legal compliance, and directing future plans.

3. Objectives and Activities:

4. Achievements and Performance:
During the year, the charity supported education programmes in Bangladesh. The funds were used to help disadvantaged students with their learning needs, giving them better access to study materials and school-related support.

The charity received total income of 3472.98 , which came mainly from donations. Total expenditure amounted to £2516.27, and this was sent to Bangladesh to support education for children and young people.
