## **3. Structure, Governance and Management** 

SIS Foundation is a small charitable organization established on 10 September 2024. The charity is managed by its trustees, who are responsible for making decisions, overseeing activities, and ensuring the charity meets its objectives. New trustees are recruited through informal networks and recommendations, ensuring individuals share the charity’s values. 

## **4. Objectives and Activities** 

The objective of SIS Foundation is dedicated to poverty relief in Somalia and community support in UK, education, religious activity. During this initial period, the charity focused on establishing its structure and beginning small-scale activities. 



## **5. Achievements and Performance** 

As a newly established charity, SIS Foundation carried out limited activities. The charity received small donations from supporters and began raising awareness of its purpose. Although activity levels were low, the charity has started building a foundation for future work. 

## **6. Financial Review** 

The charity’s total income for the period was less than £1,000, mainly from small individual donations. Expenditure was minimal. The charity holds a small balance to support future activities. The charity has no debts or liabilities at this time. 

## **7. Custodian Trustee Funds** 

The charity does not hold any funds as a custodian trustee. 

## **8. Future Plans** 

The trustees plan to increase fundraising activities, expand charitable programs, and build partnerships and community engagement.
