The objects of the charity are: For the public benefit to advance education and training of young people from underrepresented gender and ethnic groups entering the global live touring industry, by providing accessible, functional, technical training; plus, opportunities and career support. 

## **3. Activities and achievements** 

The charity was dormant during the financial year and carried out no charitable activities. 

## **4. Financial review** 

The charity had no income and no expenditure during the financial year. 

## **5. Plans for future periods** 

The trustees will review the future activities of the charity during the coming year.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law.
