**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN WITH A PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE) FOCUS ON DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, ADVOCACY AND SERVICES THAT COMPLEMENT THOSE AVAILABLE IN SCHOOL, BOTH WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF THE SCHOOL DAY.
