Pendennis Good News Church was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation on 5th September 2024, under the registration number of 1209904. The charity will take over the activities of the preexisting unincorporated charity of the same name and all activities, assets and operations will be officially moved to the newly registered charity on 1[st] June 2025.

Spiritual leadership of the church is provided by the Pastor and Elders who are appointed to the office by the members

The Church is autonomous, and financially self-supporting and is voluntarily affiliated to the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches.

Objectives and activities

Pendennis Good News Church exists to share the love and the truth of Jesus Christ through the combination of Bible teaching and practically living it out. We run activities throughout the week and year for those who attend the church and people in the community. These include children and youth events, coffee meetings, a toddler group, small study/social groups and our larger gathering on a Sunday for worship and teaching.

Achievements and performance

The activities of the charity in this financial period consisted solely of establishing the new charity and preparations for the transfer of the activities of the previously unincorporated charity on 1[st] June 2025.

All this has be done with the express purpose of establishing the organisational framework of the church so as to best serve God in our local community.

Financial review

There was no financial activity of the charity in this financial period and as such does not require a full set of accounts or Independent Examiner’s report.
