The ch3rity was established in September 2024 to suppoit younÉ people through sport, education
and the Arts. The trustees are committed to delivering the charlty's object5 for the public benefit.
A¢tlvlrfes and Achlevements
During the period, the charity did not undertake operational charitable activitie5. These are planned
to commence in Autumn 2026, when funds will become aVBilable.
Public Benelit
The tru5tee5 have consldered the Charity Commission's guldance on publlc benefit. While no direct
charitable acts'vities were undertaken during the period, the trustees worked towards establishing
the OrganIsa￿onal framework nece55ary to deliver public benetit in fulure periods.
Governancè and Management
The charity Is dormant, however the trustees named In thls report are committed to its lawful
governance once funds become available.
Flnancial Revlew
The charity received no income and incurred no expenditure during the period. At the year end, net
assets amounted to £0. The trustees intend to bvlld appropriate reserves from Autumn 2026
onwards.
Future Plans
The trustees intend to commence charitable acb"vities during the next financial year, 2025-2026,
includlng the provision of grants. Priority will be given to establishing sustainable funding and
delivering the charity's charitable objectives.
