## **Structure, governance and management** 

Felsted School Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution and managed by the trustees. 

## **Sole Member** 

Felsted School Trustee Limited (company number: 03548755) in its capacity as sole corporate trustee of Felsted School (charity number 310870) (the “Trust”), acting for and on behalf of the Trust, shall be the sole member of Felsted School Foundation. 

## **Objectives and activities** 

The charity’s object is to advance education, in particular but not exclusively, of the pupils of the School, including by awarding bursaries, assisted places, maintenance allowances or grants on the basis of financial need to enable them to attend the School and by providing support, items, services and facilities for the School. 

## **Review of activities** 

The charity was dormant throughout the year ended 31 August 2025. No charitable activities were undertaken and no income or expenditure was incurred. 

## **Financial review** 

The charity received no income and incurred no expenditure during the year. There were no assets or liabilities at the year end. 

## **Reserves policy** 

As the charity was dormant and held no funds, a reserves policy is not applicable. 

## **Plans for future periods** 

The trustees continue to keep the position of the charity under review. 

## **Trustees’ responsibilities statement** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees’ annual report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards.

1. The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis und the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS102 and the Charities SORP. The charity held no restricted or unrestricted funds at the balance sheet date.
