**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET (BANES) BY PROVIDING NEW OR SECOND HAND ESSENTIAL ITEMS OF BABY AND CHILDREN’S CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT TO PARENTS AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AGED 5 YEARS AND UNDER THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD AND/OR ACCESS.

**Activities:** We give away free essential clothing, equipment and toiletries to families struggling financially in BANES with children under the age of 5. We work like a baby bank, accepting both referrals from professionals and self-referrals. We offer collection or delivery options within a certain area. We offer 'new mum consultations' to help prepare expectant mother's for their new arrival.
