Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Benefit Of The Public Generally And, In Particular, The Inhabitants Of Rushmoor Borough And Its Surrounding Areas:a) To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities For The Playing Of Association Football And Other Sports Capable Of Improving Health (‘facilities’ In This Sub-Clause Meaning Land, Buildings, Equipment And Organising Sporting Activities).b) To Provide And Assist In Providing Facilities For Sport, Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupations Of Such Persons Who Have A Need For Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.c) To Advance The Education (including Social And Physical Training) Of Children, Young People And The Public At Large By The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Educational Programmes, Courses And Facilities.d) To Protect And Preserve The Health Of People In Rushmoor Borough And Its Surrounding Areas, In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit, Including By The Operation Of Healthy Lifestyle Initiatives.
