awards grants from monies raised by the Bike + Brew
event to registered charities,
community groups, and not-for-profit organisations that
promote mental health awareness and support

Additionally, the organisation offers mental health first
aid training to the general public, equipping
individuals with the skills to recognise and respond to
mental health issues, promoting early intervention
and support. Peer support is also facilitated by Make Your
Mark through face-to-face interactions,
telephone, and email, allowing individuals to share their
experiences and receive advice and
encouragement from others who have faced similar
challenges. Through these comprehensive efforts,
Make Your Mark plays a vital role in educating the public
about mental health, preventing mental health
