Noah’s Arch is governed by its Constitution and was registered as a charity on 27/8/2024. The Trustees are responsible for the general control and management of the administration of the charity. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The purposes of the charity, as set out in its governing document, are dedicated to supporting families of children with congenital heart disease, those in intensive care, and those recovering from heart surgery. We aim to alleviate the physical, emotional, and financial burdens faced by these families by providing comprehensive support services. Through collaboration with healthcare providers, we strive to enhance medical care and recovery for affected children. Additionally, we are committed to raising awareness and fostering a community of understanding and support. By funding research and educational initiatives, we work towards a future where children with congenital heart disease receive the best possible care and outcomes. During this period, the charity focused on establishing its initial funding base through public and private donations.

In this financial period, the charity successfully raised a total of **£3,557.80** . These funds provide a solid foundation for the charity’s future projects. As the charity is in its early stages, there were no operational expenses incurred during this specific reporting period.
