**Objects:** THE OBJECTS ARE:TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RAISE AWARENESS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES OF THE IMPACT OF PSORIATIC DISEASE BY:- PROMOTING THE VALUE OF LIVED EXPERIENCE, CO-PRODUCTION AND ADVOCATE FOR INCLUDING THE PATIENT&#x27;S VOICE IN EVERY ASPECT OF HEALTHCARE PROVISION.- PROVIDING SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND RESOURCES TO PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS AND PROMOTE THE VITAL ROLE BOTH PLAY IN MANAGING PSORIATIC DISEASE.- RELIEVING PEOPLE IMPACTED BY THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL BURDEN OF LIVING WITH PSORIATIC DISEASE AND ASSOCIATED COMORBIDITIES BY PROVIDING PEER SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY NETWORKS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.

**Activities:** We raise awareness and create support spaces to alleviate the challenges of psoriatic disease for everyone impacted by psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and related comorbidities. We work boldly and creatively to engage patients and caregivers, offering peer support, community, international representation, and educational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and inform the general public.
