The Advancement Of The Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church In Basildon And The Surrounding Areas For The Public Benefit, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:4.1.1.maintaining The Faith, Traditions And Doctrines Of The Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church And Performing All The Religious Rites And Sacraments For All Its Members Inaccordance With The Ancient Syrian Orthodox Tradition Asfollowed By The Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church:4.1.2. Conducting Holy Eucharist, Sacraments And Services According To The Faith Traditions, Customs And Rites Of The Malankarajacobite Syrian Orthodox Church;4.1.3.providing Holy Sacraments To All Its Members;4.1.4.establishing Charitable Institutions For The Welfare Of The Members Of The Church And For The Poor And Needy; And4.1.5.organizing And Conducting Sunday School, Prayer Meetings, Retreats, Youth Association And Vanitha Samajam (women’s Association) And Spiritual Organizations And Activities As The Trustees See Fit.4.2.to Further Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Public As Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales As The Charity Trust May From Time To Time Determine. The Charity Shall Carry Out Various Faith Awareness Programs And Activities Such As Organizing A Food St Mary’s Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Basildon (constitution Of A Charitable Incorporated Organization With Voting Members Other Than Its Charity Trustees)page 5 Of 32bank, Facilitate An In-House Library. The Charity Shall Also Organize / Conduct Various Classes, Seminars On Contemporary Social Issues On Safe Usage Of Online/ Media, Smoke And Drug Usage, Promote Volunteering To Support The Community As A Whole.4.3in Furtherance Of The Above, Objects, The Charity Shall Put The Best Endeavors To Propagate Jacobite Christian Faith In The County Of Essex. The Charity Shall Have The Power To Acquire And Maintain A Church Property As A Place Of Worship For The Benefit Of The Community.
