Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Benefit Of The Public, In Particular The Inhabitants Of, And Visitors To, The Isles Of Scilly:(a) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The History, Archaeology, And Natural Science Of The Isles Of Scilly; And(b) To Promote The Study And Understanding Of The Islands? Heritage, By The Provision And Maintenance Of A Museum And Its Collection To Serve As An Educational And Cultural Resource For The Local Community And The General Public; And(c) The Advancement Of The Arts, Culture And Heritage Across The Archipelago Of The Isles Of Scilly Including, But Not Limited To, The Establishment And Provision Of An Exhibition, Amenity And General Cultural Centre For The Benefit And Education Of The Residents Of The Isles Of Scilly And Visitors To The Area To Promote And Encourage An Interest In The Arts, Culture And Heritage Of The Isles Of Scilly.
