The trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity and for ensuring that the charity is properly managed and administered in accordance with its governing document and charity law. 

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The charity is governed by its constitution and managed by its trustees. The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The charity exists to advance the Christian faith through worship, teaching, outreach and community engagement. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

This was the first year of operation. The charity established regular services, supported outreach, and built a growing church community. 

## **Financial Review** 

During the reporting period ending 1 April 2025, the charity received total income of £5,939, primarily from donations and voluntary contributions. Total expenditure during the period was £4,892, which was applied towards supporting the charity’s activities and operational costs. The charity recorded a surplus of £1,047 for the period. The trustees ensure that appropriate financial controls are in place to manage the charity’s funds responsibly.
