**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE VALE OF NEATH, NEATH PORT TALBOT, RHONDDA CYNON-TAF AND POWYS BY:(A) PROVIDING ESSENTIAL ITEMS, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT, CLOTHING, AND TOILETRIES, TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH NEWBORN BABIES AND ESTABLISHING A BABY BANK WHICH WILL ACT AS A DISTRIBUTION CENTRE FOR THE PROVISION OF SUCH ITEMS;(B) WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, MIDWIVES, HEALTH VISITORS, AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL GROUPS TO IDENTIFY AND SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED.

**Activities:** To prevent or relieve poverty among economically disadvantaged individuals and families in Neath Port Talbot and surrounding areas. This initiative provides essential items such as equipment, clothing, and toiletries to those with newborns, establishing a baby bank as a distribution centre. It collaborates with local healthcare professionals to identify families in need.
