**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE THE PROVISION OF A SWIMMING POOL AT BOVEY TRACEY, DEVON FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BOVEY TRACEY AND DISTRICT IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND EDUCATION AND TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION. THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE NON-PARTY AS REGARDS POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN AS REGARDS RELIGION. THE ASSOCIATION IS A NON-PROFIT MAKING ORGANISATION. ALL PROFIT AND SURPLUSES WILL BE USED TO MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE FACILITIES.
