**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ART OF FILM BY PROVIDING AND MANAGING A CINEMA IN COLTON AND SURROUNDING PARISHES AND TO PROMOTE THE KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND THE APPRECIATION OF FILM THROUGH THE SHOWING OF FILMS, DISCUSSIONS AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE.

**Activities:** Oxen Park Cinema Club shows a diverse mix of mainstream, arthouse, and international films from September through April each year. Nestled in the south of the Lake District, the club provides a high-quality cinema experience to the rural communities of Colton Parish and its surroundings at its purpose-built Carthouse Cinema.
