The trustees confirm that they have referred to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity’s aims and objectives. 

## **Main activities** 

During the year the charity carried out the following activities: 

- Mentoring of 16 – 24-year-olds 

- Fundraising activities 

- Took part in a charity walk in London with St Marys Hospital in London 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

During the year we: 

- Mentored 10 year 12 students from a local school 

- Carried out a games and fun day and raised £900 

## **Service statistics** 

- Recruited 13 mentor volunteers and trained 

- Mentored 9 students

The trustees would like to thank our volunteers for their valuable contribution of time and skills.

## **Income** 

Total income for the year was £4,490. Main sources were: 

- Donations – £1,651 

- Fundraising – £839 

- Other – £2,000 

## **Expenditure** 

Total expenditure was £2,957. Main areas were:

The charity recorded a surplus of £1,533 for the year. 

## **Plans for Future Periods** 

In the coming year the charity plans to: 

- Expand mentoring to other local schools 

- Plan at least 1 charity event
