Trustees are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Charity. The charity has its principal office in Winnersh, Wokingham, Berkshire . Add that we have a complaints policy, equal opportunities policy and GDPR policy. We also have signed Trustee declaration forms which includes conflict of interest.

The objects of the Charity are: the advancement of the religion of Islam; the advancement of Islamic education;
Summary of the objects of the the relief of sickness and poverty amongst those in need; charity set out in its to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social governing document welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life.

We also helped UK registered charities with emergency aid to various causes. Donors and volunteers helped sponsor events, marketing, food and provided financial aid towards such events.
The Trustees have complied with the duty in sections 4 and 17 of the 2011 Charities Act to have due regard to guidance published by the Charity Commission.
The charity provides for the educational, material, and spiritual welfare of Muslims and their neighbours in Wokingham area. This includes: Imams to lead Jumuah and Eid prayers; Hot meals for lftar during Ramadan, for students and families; Speakers on Islam to schools, workplaces, and universities; Mosque tours for all age groups & special interest needs Open Days to the general public; Aiming to build a Mosque/Community Centre.

The Charity does not have a policy on reserves. Brief statement of the We had a number of family fun days, which included fundraising via charity’s policy on reserves website, GoFundMe, Friday Jummah collections and other mosque collections.
Helping with national disasters, assisting local families and students who are undergoing difficult times.
