1. Trustees all agreed for Lisa to Chair this meeting, take minutes and circulate via email after the meeting.

2. Lisa updated the trustees on the positive responses since becoming a registered charity. Getting lots of contact from local families on the need for our charity in this area and how much families are benefitting from the financial help from the microgrants. We have also had a lot of support from people wanting to help fundraise and collaborate, including another local charity called The Aaron Lewis Foundation.

3. Accounts to date from donations and fundraising (period: from Aug 2024 to March 2025) Just giving donations £12,942 Halloween Party £2500 Xmas Raffle £540 Quiz Night £1860 TOTAL £17,842

4. Lisa completed the CC16a form – all the trustees reviewed and agreed to this document and Paul and Samantha signed.

5. Microgrants Round 1 in Sept 24 – 8 grants awarded to families, consisting of blocks of physio therapy, blocks of conductive education, specialist seating, specialist car seats, adaptive buggys, and music therapy. All fulfilled and stories shared on our social media.

6. Microgrant round 2 – January 2024 – 8 x families awarded grants, ranging from a block of physiotherapy, tablets for communications, specialist swimming aids, specialist buggies and a safe space bed. Grants fulfilled and stories shared on social media.

7. Microgrant round 3 – July 2024 – 14 x families awarded grants, ranging form a block of physiotherapy, speech therapy, Occupational therapy, tablets for communication and specialist seating and slings. Grants fulfilled and stories shared on social media.

10. Discussed plan to do another round of microgrants before the end of 2025 with the remaining funds in the account in November tbc

11. Discussed plans for fundraising ideas for 2026, Lisa to set up another meeting regarding this.
