Trustees Report for the Year Ended 5th April 2025

Objectives and Activities

The objects of UNBOUND are for the advancement of the Christian faith for the benefit of the general public, mainly but not exclusively, by means of evangelistic preaching, teaching, training and individual ministry by such means as the Trustees may consider appropriate in the United Kingdom and beyond.

Public Benefit Statement

The Trustees confirm that they have complied with section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit, 'Charities

Summary of Activities

We are a 'not for profit' Christian Ministry preaching and teaching about the joy of the Christian gospel message to the general public in various settings and formats. We provide free information to the general public via our website and leaflets. We run teaching and training events. We charge entrance fees for some events so as to cover our expenses and to provide a working capital for the charity.

Each event presents teaching, in some form, about the key messages of the Christian Gospel. This teaching and related ministry is based upon (but not limited to) the general contents of the book "Unbound, A Practical Guide to Deliverance" by Neal Lozano. Where possible, we offer free prayer ministry to those members of the public who have heard the teaching and request ministry. This may be offered in person or occasionally online.

We teach and train our volunteers so they are able to assist us in our mission. We also teach and train volunteers within other Christian charities and organisations.

UNBOUND TRAINING & EVENTS UK

Summary of the main achievements during the period: Running several successful teaching and training events for the general public and for our ministry volunteers. Promotion of our ministry on You Tube and social media.

During the week 14th to 18th October 2024, UNBOUND ran a successful “Priest Retreat” at Belton Woods Hotel near Grantham, attended by nearly 80 priests with guest speakers from the USA and Canada. Fund raising covered the full costs of this event.

The charity's policy on reserves

We keep a reserve of all donations received and fundraising monies received for specifically named UNBOUND events as appropriate. We have sufficient funds already put aside to meet the general expenses of the charity for the next 12 month period. Reserves are increased, if required, from available funds in our current, savings and Paypal accounts.

Summary of Financial Activity

The charity made a surplus during its first financial year of £12,201. Receipts during the period totalled £56,147 and total outgoings were £43,945.

UNBOUND-UK Notes to the Financial Statements

1. Accounting Policies

This year and for future years the Trustees have decided to adopt the Receipts & Payments method in preparing the Financial Statements. Therefore ‘’Expenditure’’ does not include the accrual for the accountancy fee for the year.

The Trustees consider that this is appropriate for an organisation the size of UNBOUND UK and ensures that the financial statements are easily understood by the members and other users.

All figures refer to the period 7th August 2024 (charity registration date) and 5th April 2025.

2. Related Party Disclosures

There are no related party disclosures. No payments were made to any Trustee or related party in 2024/2025.
