**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY AMONGST CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, BY PROVIDING CREATIVE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES THAT INSPIRE AND EDUCATE WHILE NURTURING A RESPECT FOR THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT;(B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND ENABLING THEM TO ENJOY THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL BENEFITS THAT COME FROM HAVING A CONNECTION WITH NATURE.

**Activities:** Based in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, we deliver woodland based learning experiences to provide support for children, young people and adults who are experiencing disadvantage, and who have limited access to the natural world. Activities nurture confidence, communication, self esteem, emotional well-being, resilience, social skills, and develop a relationship with nature to support these.
