Structure, Governance and Management ## Governing document The charity is governed by its CIO constitution adopted on 06.08.2024. ## Legal structure The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Trustee appointment and inducton Trustees are appointed in accordance with the governing document. Recruitment is based on identifying skills and experience needed by the charity, with prospective trustees invited to apply and formally appointed by the existing board. ## Management The trustees meet regularly to oversee the strategic direction of the charity. Day-to-day activities are carried out by staff, with appropriate delegation and reporting arrangements in place. ## 3. Objectves and Actvites ## Charity objectves The charity’s objects are to: The objects of the CIO are (1) to provide facilities for the care and recreation of primary school aged children during out of school hours in Ysgol Llanpumsaint and the surrounding area (2) to advance the education of children attending the club. ## Actvites during the year To achieve these objectives, the charity undertook the following key activities: - Provision of after school childcare 3 nights per week during term time - Provision of education activities during club hours Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit, and believe these activities directly further the charity’s charitable purposes. ## 4. Achievements and Performance ## Key achievements During the year, the charity: - Successfully provided after school club sessions 3 times a week during term time - Recruited new staff to ensure consistent provision ## 5. Financial Review ## Financial positon The charity’s income for the year was £13425 , with expenditure of £9956 . At the year end, the charity held total funds of £6005 . ## 7.
