The charity's trustees are responsible for Ihe prepardtlon of Ihe accounts. The charitys trustèes
conslder that an audil is not required for thls year (under se¢tlon 43(2> of the Charities Act 1993
(tha 1993 Act) and Ihat an Independent examination Ss needed.
It Is my responslbility lo:
- examine Ihe accounts under sedion 43 ofthe 1993 Aci
to follow the Pro￿dureS laid down in the General Directiors given by the Charity
Commission (under section 43(71{b} of the 1993 Act); and
- to stale whether matters have come lo my attention.
Basls of the independent examinefs report:
My examination was carried out in accordano ￿￿th the General Di￿￿10nS grrfen by the Charity
Commission. An examination indudes a review of the accountirvJ records kept by Ihecharity and a
comparison of the accounts presented ￿ryth tTr￿Se ￿cordS. It also indudes ccnsideRtion of any
unusual rtems of disdosure in the a¢xounts and seeking explanations from the Trustees conceming
any such mallers. The procedures undertaken do not FKowde all the emdence that would be
required In an audit, and consequenliy no opinion is given as lo whelher the accounts present a
rue and fair viebrf and the ￿port is limited to tlw matters set out in the statements above.
