## **Structure, governance and management** 

The charity was registered in August 2024 and since this time, the trustees have focused on initial setup , training, and governance arrangements, including planning for future activities in line with the charity’s mission and objectives. 

## **Activities and achievements** 

The charity did not undertake any charitable activities during the reporting period, as it remained in the set up and planning phase. 

## **Financial review** 

The charity received no income and incurred no expenditure during the reporting period. The charity did not hold any funds, and no bank account was in operation during the year. 

## **Plans for future periods** 

The trustees intend to open a bank account and commence charitable activities in the next financial period. 

## **Public benefit** 

As no activities were undertaken during the reporting period, the trustees will ensure that future activities are carried out for the public benefit in accordance with the charity’s purposes.

- The charity incurred **no expenditure.** 

- The charity held **no assets or liabilities.** 

The trustees are satisfied that the charity is in a stable position and intend to commence activities in the next financial period. 

## **Plans for Future Periods** 

The trustees plan to: 

- Open a bank account. 

- Begin fundraising. 

- Set up focus groups to create aims and plans for each strand of the charity. 

## **Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees’ annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and Charity Commission guidance.
