Activities

The Mindful Foundation delivers trauma-informed programmes designed to prevent abuse, violence and harmful behaviour. Think Different supports children and young people through schools and educator training, while Inside Power works with adults in the criminal justice system to reduce harmful behaviour and reoffending. Our programmes are delivered in the UK and South Africa.
