Survey Re￿)rt- and once again we remember with sadness our long Standing and well-loved
memb￿5 who have either passed away or left us because of deterioTating health. The Committee
and l offer our dee￿$t ¢ondolen¢es to any member aff¢￿ed and request a moment of refieciion. We
wish brighter days ahead for our members and friends battling health issue
We had 272 members at the close of the year. slighdy higher than the previous y￿.
Financially lhe club, as a going concern. is in a gijod Posiiion, with 2 $I￿Lfi¢lftI grants having
covered the cost of re￿[bIshing and improvements. Grants lo cover the cosl of the ¢ladding have
been awarded and ore expected to arrive in our bank a¢¢ount in April. Your committee conlinues to
work toward$ the Tequirements as set out in the report below.

As pr¢viou$ty reported. we have now become a Charitsble company registered with the ChaTity
Commission undernumb¢r 1209422. We. as Bexhill Senior Ci¢izens Club. now hold the fretrhold
title io the premises a¢ 45 Eversley Road. We await the Chariry Commission's aLtion to close the
old charity and merge the assets and liabilities with the new Company. There is no actual change to
the daY-l￿daY running of th¢ ¢lub and no impact on the m¢mbers.
