**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS BY FACILITATING THE PLAYING OF TENNIS, AND ITS DERIVATIVES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PADDLE AND PICKLEBALL, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX.

**Activities:** The support, improvement and development of both the playing of tennis, and its derivatives, for everyone no matter the standard or ability, and the enhancement of its members facilities in the County of Essex. The  principle of Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity is embedded into its Governance framework to help ensure this is achieved.
