Reserves policy
The trustees have reviewed the charty's need for reserves in line wilh the guidance given by the
Charity Commission. The trustees are of the opinion that the level of reserves held should be
adequate lo ensure that the village hall and grounds Can be maintained to a high standard.
Flnancial revlew
During the period the village hall was operated by Stock Village Hall. a charitable trust
Registered Charity Number 301408_ After the close of business on 31 March 2025, all of the
asset5 and liabilities of the charrtable trust were transferred under a General Vesting Declaration
to this CIO.
