The trustees confirm that they have had regard to the Charity
Commission's guidance on public benefit when reviewing the Gharity's
aims and planning for the next period.
During this p8rlod, the charity has not delivered any major public-facing
activities as the trustees have been focused on reviewing the
organisation's strategy and ensuring that the charities approach and
plans for the Goming y8ar are aligned with the charitable objects. The
trustees have continued to meet regulady, monitor govemance and
compliance, and consider opportunitiès for future delivery.

The charity's policy is to maintain a level of resetves that ensures il can
meet its core commitments and respond to any unforeseen costs. Given
the current stage of development and the absen￿ of significant regular
income, the charity does not yet hold subslantial reserves. Howèver, the
trustees aim lo build up reserves equivalent to three months of core
