2. Structure, Governance and Management
The charity is established as a charitable foundation and is governed by its Constitution dated 29 July 2024 and amended on 03 October 2025.
Trustees are appointed in accordance with the governing document.
3. Objects and Public Benefit
The objects of the charity are: Relief of Poverty and Hardship: To prevent and relieve poverty and provide relief to those in need by reason of financial hardship or other disadvantages.
The trustees confirm that they have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
4. Activities During the Year
This was the charity’s first financial year following registration.
During the reporting period, the charity remained dormant. No charitable activities were undertaken.

The trustees did not commence activities during this period due to health issues

8. Trustees’ Responsibilities Statement
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and accounts in accordance with applicable law.
The trustees confirm that the charity was dormant throughout the reporting period and that proper records have been maintained.
