## **Trustees’ Annual Report** 

The trustees present their report for the year ended 4[th] April 2025 

Mothers Haven exists to support mothers and families through emotional and practical support around the time of childbirth. 

During the year, the charity received a single donation totalling **£3,000** . No expenditure was incurred during the year. As a result, all funds remain held by the charity at the year end. 

The trustees confirm that the charity carried out activities in furtherance of its charitable objectives and that they have complied with their duties under the Charities Act 2011.
