## **Trustees annual report  for 2025** 

On July 24[th] 2025 we reopened caister  youth club. After extensive training of all the volunteers and trustees on Safeguarding, and all policies required. We had a big advertising campaign and numbers started to grow  slowly. 

We had safer Norfolk verify all our policies to make sure they were in place we later gained the young carers badge after online training with the volunteers. we had a donation of  some disco equipment and a fuzzball game . We attended the local high school for a whole week making them aware of the youth club we are now working very closely with the high school to promote it within the community we have had some successful evenings like a Halloween party in fancy dress And some songwriting evenings. We have 4 volunteers that have shown an interest in becoming trustees and we will vote them in at the next AGM. We wish Peter Moss a trustee and our treasurer a speedy recovery from his heart operation the trustees are pleased with the progress and continued support from all the volunteers for Caister   youth club.
